Has my order been shipped?
You will receive an automatic email notification when we have shipped your order.
Can I cancel my order?
If we have shipped your order, unfortunately you cannot cancel and ask for a refund. But if we have not shipped items in your order, we will give you a refund after deducting 10% of your order value as payment processing fee.
What if I want to return the items and get a refund?
Oh no! We're very sorry that you're not satisfied with the product. Your shopping experience here at Otrio Stationery & Gifts is very important and should be a pleasant one. This is why you can make a return within 30 days of receiving.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and still in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/refunded: we do not accept intimate/sanitary items and sale items/items bought with discount code.
Just email us your order #number, full name, and reason for return at Care.otriostationery@gmail.com. Please also attach a picture of the outer packaging containing your tracking number. We will reply quickly, and please note that shipping fee for return will be borne by the customer.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
Don't worry, all items that have not arrived within 90 days since the time you order qualify for our reship guarantee. Alternatively, you can request for a refund.
